Solutions

Start from the outcome you want, get the blueprint: what to build, what you need first, the steps in order, and the decisions you cannot cheaply reverse.

Solutions tell you what to build. Guides teach you how to build it well. Product tells you how each Cockpit screen behaves.

A solution page is a blueprint. It names the outcome, shows which parts of the platform are involved and how data flows between them, lists what has to exist before you start, gives the build steps in order, and states the decisions that are expensive to change later. Every step links into the guide or the product page that does the work. The page itself explains nothing twice.

Each blueprint is written for two readers at once. The opening and the "why this is harder than it sounds" section are for someone who has never run a B2B shop and wants the reasoning before the clicks. The "Build it" list and the decisions table are for someone who has run IntelliShop or Shopware for a decade and wants the sequence, the trade-offs and the places where the platform is still manual today.

If you are new here, start with Publish a digital catalog. It is the foundation of every other solution, it cannot produce a wrong order, and it is the project a small team can run without a developer. If your customers already buy from you and still phone to do it, Move existing customers online is the larger lever. The industry pages at the bottom put the solutions in the order that works for a business like yours.
