Organizations

The organization list: every buying company, with terms, credit limit, status and delivery block at a glance.

In B2B the customer is a company, and the organization list is where those companies live: one row per account, with the commercial facts — terms, credit limit, status, delivery block — that decide whether an order goes through.

What it does

KPI cards count the B2B accounts on file, how many are active (allowed to trade), how many are prospects (not buying yet) and how many have an active delivery block. The table lists the companies; the name links to the organization detail.

The first load of this screen can take a while; the KPI cards show a dash until the data arrives. A reload is not needed — the numbers fill in.

What happens when you change it

Stage and status are separate axes on purpose. Stage says how far along the company is in your pipeline and grants nothing; status decides access — a blocked company cannot log in. The delivery block stops shipments without touching whether the company may order.
