Troubleshoot

Keep it healthy — Procurement & Approvals.

Keeping it accurate, and what to do when it is not.

Procurement data rots faster than catalogue data, because it tracks an organisation chart. People leave, departments merge, cost centres are retired with the financial year, and a limit raised for a shutdown week is never lowered. None of that produces an error message. It produces an order that behaves unexpectedly, six weeks later, in front of the customer.

So the work here is a routine rather than an alert: five minutes weekly on money held in flight, fifteen monthly on budgets and manual adjustments, and a quarter of an hour with the customer's Einkaufsleiter every quarter reading two lists together.
