The weekly storefront work: editing pages and blocks, building enquiry forms, and the transactional mail that answers them.
Once the storefront is live, the work becomes editorial and operational rather than structural. Pages change weekly. Forms change when sales asks for something new. Transactional mail changes almost never, until an order confirmation stops arriving, at which point it matters more than anything else in this area.
None of it touches product data. If the change you have been asked for is a description, an image, a price or which products a customer can see, you are in the wrong place: those live in the catalog, in pricing, and on the channel.
Both articles below assume the storefront is already live on its own domain. If it is not, start with Set up.
- Edit pages and blocks: the visual editor, translations, drafts and publishing.
- Forms and transactional email: enquiries in, order confirmations out.
