Launch checks

What to verify before you point a domain at a shop, and the handful of screens worth five minutes a week afterwards.

A storefront fails quietly. A certificate stops renewing. An old build keeps serving while a newer one sits inactive. A price list passes its validity date. Order confirmations stop arriving because a provider credential was rotated somewhere else. None of that produces an error message anybody sees, and all of it is visible in the Cockpit before a customer notices.

So there are two habits worth building. The first is a real checklist before go-live, worked through on the live domain rather than in a preview, because half of what fails only fails once DNS, TLS and routing are in play. The second is five minutes a week afterwards on four screens: sites, request logs, certificate validity and the messaging overview.
